1. Zrušení výletu pořadatelem

Pořadatel je oprávněn výlet zrušit:

- pokud 5 dní před termínem není přihlášen minimální počet účastníků (obvykle 25 osob),

- z důvodu vyšší moci (např. extrémní počasí, živelní pohromy, epidemie, stávky, rozhodnutí úřadů),

- z jiných vážných důvodů, které objektivně brání uskutečnění výletu.

V případě zrušení výletu pořadatelem má účastník právo na:

- vrácení 100 % uhrazené částky, nebo

- převod platby na jiný výlet dle dohody s Pořadatelem.

Pořadatel nenese odpovědnost za případné další náklady účastníka (např. individuální doprava, ubytování, cestovní pojištění).

2. Zrušení účasti ze strany účastníka

Zrušení účasti je možné pouze písemně (e-mailem). Rozhodující je datum doručení.

Storno poplatky:

- více než 14 dní před výletem – vrací se 100 % ceny,

- 7–14 dní před výletem – vrací se 50 % ceny,

- méně než 7 dní před výletem – cena se nevrací.

Pokud se účastník nedostaví na místo odjezdu nebo výlet zmešká, nemá nárok na vrácení ceny.

Účastník může za sebe vyslat náhradníka, pokud tuto skutečnost oznámí Pořadateli nejpozději 24 hodin před odjezdem.

3. Náhradní řešení

V případě storna ze strany účastníka je možné po dohodě převést platbu (celou nebo částečnou) na jiný výlet, pokud to Pořadatel umožní.

V případě zrušení výletu ze strany Pořadatele je vždy nabídnuta možnost převodu na jiný termín.

4. Vyloučení účastníka

Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo vyloučit účastníka, který:

- závažně porušuje pokyny průvodce,

- svým chováním ohrožuje bezpečnost nebo narušuje průběh výletu.

V takovém případě účastník nemá nárok na vrácení ceny.

Cancellation Policy (English)

1. Trip Cancellation by the Organizer

The Organizer is entitled to cancel the trip:

- if the minimum number of participants (usually 25) is not reached 5 days before the trip,

- due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, government restrictions),

- for other serious reasons that objectively prevent the trip from taking place.

In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, the Participant is entitled to:

- a full refund (100% of the paid amount), or

- transfer of the payment to another trip by agreement with the Organizer.

The Organizer is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the Participant (e.g., individual transport, accommodation, travel insurance).

2. Cancellation by the Participant

The Participant may cancel participation only in writing (by e-mail). The date of delivery is decisive.

Cancellation fees:

- more than 14 days before the trip – 100% refund,

- 7–14 days before the trip – 50% refund,

- less than 7 days before the trip – no refund.

If the Participant fails to arrive at the departure point or misses the trip, no refund will be provided.

The Participant may nominate a substitute, provided the Organizer is informed at least 24 hours before departure.

3. Alternative Solutions

In case of cancellation by the Participant, it may be possible to transfer the payment (in full or partially) to another trip, subject to agreement with the Organizer.

In case of cancellation by the Organizer, the Participant will always be offered an option to transfer to another date.

4. Exclusion of Participants

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any Participant who:

- seriously violates the instructions of the guide,

- endangers safety or disrupts the trip.

In such case, the Participant is not entitled to a refund.
